These terms apply to all website design, development, and WordPress services provided by Advanza Consulting.
Scope & Deliverables
- Scope is defined in the agreed package or SOW
- Additional requests outside scope require additional fees
Revisions
- Reasonable revisions are included as specified
- Major redesigns or scope changes are billed separately
Content Responsibility
Client is responsible for:
- Text, images, branding, and legal compliance
- Accuracy of content
- Copyright ownership
Company may use AI-assisted tools but does not guarantee originality of AI-generated content.
Third-Party Tools
Websites may rely on:
- Themes
- Plugins
- Hosting providers
- APIs
Company is not responsible for:
- Third-party outages
- License changes
- Platform updates beyond our control
Launch & Approval
Once Client approves the site:
- Project is considered complete
- Further changes fall under maintenance or new work
No Refunds
Once development begins, all payments are non-refundable.
